XgenPlus Forms is an online form and survey builder at https://forms.xgenplus.com. Anyone with a mailbox on a paid XgenPlus plan signs in with their XgenPlus email address and the 6-digit code from the XgenPlus Mobile app, choose Web Login, then TOTP (trial-only domains are not included). A form can have thirteen question types (short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, yes or no, star rating, linear scale, date, time, email, number, file upload of images, PDF, Word and Excel up to 1 MB each, 2 MB on Forms Plus), several sections with a progress bar, a live preview, six colours, a closing date, an answer limit and one answer per person. The owner reads answers in a table and in charts and downloads a CSV file. Free allowance (as of 22 October 2026): 5 new forms a month, up to 100 answers per form, 500 answers a month across all of a person's forms; people with an XgenPlus email answer; answers are kept 30 days after a form is closed. Forms cannot ask for passwords, PINs, OTPs or card numbers. Forms Plus (more forms, up to 2,000 answers per form each month, anyone with the link can answer, answers kept while active) is planned and not on sale yet.

Plus Packs are paid add-ons for a XgenPlus domain that already has a paid email plan. The domain admin buys them in the dashboard, on the Plus Packs tab. Prices are in rupees before 18% GST for India, and promo codes do not apply.
- Mail Rescue (https://www.xgenplus.com/mail-rescue.html): for two months after an email is deleted, the user can bring it back in Webmail, even if it was removed from Trash or Trash was emptied.
