Do not Delete

Let the email be always there in user’s inbox by un-authorizing the user to delete your email.

 

Do not Print

Worried about paper wastage through email printing? Un-authorize the user to print unnecessary emails and contribute towards a healthy environment.

 

Do not Forward

Want the user not to forward your email to others? Select the checkbox ‘Do not Forward’ and un-authorize the user to forward your email to any other user.
