Auto Reply Upgrade
When we set “Out Of Office Message”, user get auto reply for each mail that they send to the person who is out of office.
One reply for each sender: one sender will receive one auto reply in a day. Suppose if same sender sends 10 mails to the person who have set out of office message, will get one auto reply only instead of 10 in a day.
No Wait in schedule: Now this auto reply message will send immediately as soon as sender will send mail. It will not go in schedule.
Give Access of your Account
Now you need not to worry about your important mails while you are on Holidays or any other business trips. You just authorize your subordinates or your agents to receive your emails and they can reply on those mails on your behalf without sharing login credentials of your account. The Beauty of this feature is, this reply message will not be saved in their sent folder. It will be saved in your sent folder only. So whenever you access your email, can check all the replies that your subordinates/agents have done on your behalf.
Now at Organization level, user can set pre-defined TAG while sending email. This feature enable all the recipients to search that particular email by using that pre-defined TAG itself. This tagging functionality also clubs all emails together automatically with specific TAG irrespective of sender or subject. If required, user can set his personal TAGs from Settings >> Default >> Email Tag >> Add Tag option.
Search Encrypted Email
User can search emails by filtering only Encrypted Email. So, if user has any encrypted email in their inbox, then they can directly filter it out with this setting.
Go to Search<< Search in Mail<< Check Encrypted option.
To protect users from spoofed and malicious links, XgenPlus has inbuilt capability to warn the user on suspicious URLs/ links.
The feature known as “Link Validation” controlled by Domain Administrator. Whenever user clicks a URL/ Link in received email, it is checked against various security standards and a Link Security alert is shown to user as warning to protect him from un-intended access of the malicious site.
User can set the filter as “Move spam or bulk mail to spam-promo folder”, so after this filter, all promotional emails/bulk emails/spam emails will be sent to Spam promo folder directly. So the user will get only meaningful emails in the inbox.
Suspicious Email ID
If Sender and Body protocols are different in any email then it will show suspicious email ID with Red Color. So if the user wants to take any action on it, he can take that.
Block Email ID
Now user can not only block specific email ID but also he can block the complete domain from which he is receiving emails. So if sender changes his email ID rapidly, then also his email ID will be blocked, as a user has blocked Domain of that. Later on, if a user wants he can unblock that.
User can create alias with their email account, so their secondary ID can be created. With this ID. Users can send emails to other users and can receive email over this & Inbox will be same. So they can give this Alias Email ID to everyone instead of original one. They can create upto 10 alias. They can delete any of them as per the requirement. Watch Tutorial
