BSNL — nationwide consumer email
Challenge: Deliver a nationwide consumer email service for one of India's largest telecom operators, provisioned seamlessly to millions of subscribers.
Solution: XgenPlus was deployed following a 2013 work order, with the messaging service going live in May 2014 and integrated for seamless subscriber provisioning.
Outcome: Approximately 8.1 million live mailboxes, each provisioned with 1 GB of storage, running on the platform.

HAL — on-premise email for a defence PSU
Challenge: Stand up a complete, secure on-premise email solution for Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, under the organisation's own control.
Solution: XgenPlus completed the on-premise installation and full project delivery, with hands-on support from the team.

RISL — Rajasthan State Data Center
Challenge: Deploy and operate a customised email platform at the Rajasthan State Data Center, with full onsite management for state government use, including Rajasthan Police.
Solution: XgenPlus customised and installed the application at the data center, with onsite management, tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring and reporting.
