The bill grew 17 to 29% in 2025 and now includes Gemini
Google raised Workspace prices in January 2025 and folded Gemini into every plan. Starter is ₹270 per user a month in India. A 25-person team pays ₹81,000 a year for mail, calendar and a shared drive. On XGEN Advance, with the same 30 GB per mailbox, that team pays ₹25,500. On XGEN Premium with 10 GB it pays ₹15,000.
Nobody can tell the auditor where the mail is

Leaving Gmail without losing a thread
- Send us the domain and a list of mailboxes with rough sizes. We check your DNS at Google and set a date with you.
- Mail, labels, contacts and calendars are copied from each Google account into XgenPlus over IMAP and CalDAV while people keep using Gmail.
- You change the MX records at your registrar on the agreed evening. Labels arrive as folders, and the Gmail archive stays readable for as long as you keep the Google account.
On Premium and above the XgenPlus team does the copying. Starter and Starter Pro customers get the written steps and can move mailboxes themselves with any IMAP tool.
