What are Plus Packs?
Plus Packs are paid add-ons for XgenPlus business email. There are three: Mail Rescue brings back deleted email for two months, Storage Boost adds storage to the whole domain, and Forms Plus gives more forms, answers from people outside XgenPlus and more room in XgenPlus Forms. Each one is bought by the domain admin from the dashboard, after the email plan. Prices are in rupees before GST.

Buy an email plan
A Plus Pack is added to a domain that already has a paid XgenPlus plan, so the plan comes first. A domain on the one-month trial upgrades to a paid plan before it can add a pack.
Open your dashboard
Sign in, open the Plus Packs tab and choose the domain. You see what is active, what is on offer and what it costs for your domain, before you pay.
Choose, pay, done
Pay online and the pack is active as soon as the payment is received. You get a GST invoice, like any other XgenPlus order.

All prices are in rupees, before 18% GST for customers in India.

No promo codes apply to Plus Packs. For Mail Rescue and Storage Boost, a renewal of two years or more is 5% cheaper.
Plus Packs, answered
Where do I buy a Plus Pack?
In your XgenPlus dashboard, on the Plus Packs tab, after you have bought an email plan. Packs are not part of the buy wizard. The domain admin chooses the pack, sees the price for that domain and pays online.
Can a trial domain buy one?
No. Upgrade the domain to a paid plan first. XgenPlus Forms itself is free on every paid plan, and only the Forms Plus add-on is paid.
Does a Plus Pack change my email plan?
No. Your plan, users and price stay exactly as they are. A pack is a separate line on your order and your invoice.
Do promo codes or the multi-year discount apply?
Promo codes never apply to Plus Packs. Mail Rescue and Storage Boost get a flat 5% off when you renew for two years or more. Forms Plus has its own price for each term and no further discount.
How is GST charged?
Prices are before tax. For customers in India, 18% GST is added and shown on the invoice, the same as for your email plan.
Can I stop a pack?
Forms Plus simply ends when its term ends, and we email the person 7 days and 1 day before. Mail Rescue and Storage Boost renew with your plan; to drop one at renewal, contact support.
