What Mail Rescue is
Mail Rescue is a paid add-on for XgenPlus business email. For two months after an email is deleted, the user can bring it back in Webmail, even if it was removed from Trash or Trash was emptied. After two months it is gone for good. It covers every mailbox on the domain and costs ₹20 per user a month before GST.

A quote, an invoice or a thread deleted by mistake is not lost the moment Trash is emptied. It can be brought back for two months.

Each person recovers their own mail from their own mailbox. It is quick, and needs no domain admin step and no ticket to us.

Mail Rescue is on for every mailbox on the domain, so nobody is left out. When you add users later, Mail Rescue is added for them too, and the price is shown before you pay.

The price is worked out per user, and Mail Rescue is one pack for the whole domain. Prices are before 18% GST for customers in India.

Mail Rescue is added to a domain that already has a paid XgenPlus plan. A trial domain upgrades first.
Open Plus Packs
Sign in to your dashboard, open the Plus Packs tab and choose your domain. The cost for your domain is shown before you confirm.
Pay, and it is on
Pay online and Mail Rescue is switched on for the whole domain. You get a GST invoice.

How long can deleted email be brought back?
For two months after it was deleted, including email that was removed from Trash or when Trash was emptied. After two months it is gone for good.
Who brings the email back?
The user, for their own mailbox, in Webmail. It does not need the domain admin or a support ticket.
Can I buy it for only some users?
No. Mail Rescue is on for the whole domain. The price is ₹20 a month for each user on the domain, so a domain with 25 users pays ₹500 a month, before GST.
What happens when I add users later?
Mail Rescue is added for the new users and the extra cost, for the days left on your plan, is shown before you pay.
What if I do not renew?
Mail Rescue renews with your plan. If the plan is not renewed, Mail Rescue ends and deleted email goes back to the standard 7 days.
