What Storage Boost is
Storage Boost is a paid add-on for XgenPlus business email. It adds 50 GB, 100 GB, 200 GB, 500 GB or 1 TB to the shared storage of your whole domain, not to one user. You can stack packs up to 2 TB more. It is charged per year, before GST, and bought from the dashboard after your email plan.
Space that follows the team, not one mailbox
Shared by the whole domain
The extra space goes into the domain's pooled storage, the same pool your plan's storage already sits in. It is not tied to a single user.

50 GB, 100 GB, 200 GB, 500 GB and 1 TB. Choose the size that fits, and add another pack later if the team grows.
Stack up to 2 TB more
You can hold several packs on one domain, up to 2 TB of extra storage in total. The dashboard shows how much room is left.

Prices are in rupees, before 18% GST for customers in India.

- The first purchase is charged for the days left on your plan, so it ends together with your plan. Your dashboard shows the exact amount before you pay.
- It then renews with your plan at the full yearly price. A renewal of two years or more is 5% cheaper.
- Promo codes do not apply to Plus Packs.

Storage Boost is added to a domain that already has a paid XgenPlus plan and is set up on our mail server. A trial domain upgrades first.
Open Plus Packs
Sign in to your dashboard, open the Plus Packs tab, choose the domain and the size. You see the amount for your domain before you pay.
Pay, and the space is added
Pay online and the extra storage is added to your domain. You get a GST invoice.
Storage Boost is not offered on domains that already have unlimited storage, on custom Platinum plans (talk to us for those), or on trial domains.

Who gets the extra space?
The whole domain. The space is added to your domain's shared storage, and your domain admin shares it among mailboxes as usual. It is not tied to one user.
How much does 100 GB cost?
₹1,100 a year before GST. With 18% GST that is ₹1,298 for customers in India. The first year is charged for the days left on your plan.
Can I add more later?
Yes. You can hold several packs on one domain, up to 2 TB of extra storage in total. Each new pack is charged for the days left on your plan.
What happens at renewal?
Storage Boost renews with your plan at the full yearly price, shown as its own line in the renewal quote. A renewal of two years or more is 5% cheaper. To drop a pack at renewal, contact support.
Where do I buy it?
In your XgenPlus dashboard, on the Plus Packs tab, after you have bought an email plan.
