What does 'billed annually' mean?
The per-month price is charged once a year. For example, XGEN Starter at ₹21/user/month bills as ₹252 per user for the year, plus GST.
Can different teams be on different plans?
Yes — that's the default model. You buy per-plan user counts on one domain (say 50 Starter + 10 Advance), manage everyone from one admin dashboard, and receive one bill.
How does the 30-day Trial work?
The trial gives your domain full mailboxes for one month at ₹2 per user. The trial plan runs on its own — other plans can't be mixed with it — and you can upgrade to any paid plan when you're ready.
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), processed through a secure checkout.
What if I need on-premises or a custom deployment?
