A form builder people enjoy using, free with your XgenPlus mailbox
Build a form or survey in a few minutes, share one link or a QR code, and read the answers as they arrive. It looks right on a phone, signs in with the email address you already have, and costs nothing extra on any paid XgenPlus plan.
What XgenPlus Forms is
XgenPlus Forms is an online form and survey builder at forms.xgenplus.com. Anyone with a mailbox on a paid XgenPlus plan can sign in with their email address and the 6-digit code from their authenticator app, build a form, share its link, and collect answers. Answers appear in a table and in charts, and every form can be downloaded as a CSV file. On the free allowance, people with an XgenPlus email address answer your form; Forms Plus, which is on its way, adds more forms, more answers and the option to let anyone answer.
Everything for a good form, nothing in the way
The builder was made for ordinary office work: a leave request, a vendor onboarding sheet, an event signup, a customer feedback form.
Twelve question types
Short answer, paragraph, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdown, yes or no, star rating, linear scale, date, time, email and number. Mark any question as required and the form checks the answer before it is sent.
Sections and a live preview
Split a long form into steps, with a progress bar for the person filling it in. A preview beside the builder shows exactly what they will see, on a phone or a desktop.
Made for phones
Large tap targets, one clear column, light and dark colours that follow the device, and a draft that survives a reload. Most people open a link on their phone, so that is where it was designed first.
Starter templates
Customer feedback, event signup, leave request, vendor onboarding and a quick survey are ready to edit, or start from a blank page.
Answers you can use
See every response in a table, read a summary with charts for each question, open a single response, delete one, or download the whole form as a CSV file for a spreadsheet.
Share your way
Copy the link, print the QR code, set a closing date, stop after a number of answers, allow one answer per person, and pick one of six colours for the form.
