Paid plans under ₹100 per user per month for email on your own domain, from six providers Indian companies commonly compare, read from each provider's Indian price page on 2 October 2026. It is not every seller in the market; hosting companies and resellers price their own bundles. The cheapest paid business email in India in October 2026 is XgenPlus Starter at ₹21 per user per month on yearly billing, before 18% GST: a 2 GB mailbox on your own domain with IMAP, SMTP and ActiveSync, the same price at renewal, and no multi-year prepayment. Rediffmail's Basic plan is close behind at ₹270 a year (₹22.50 a month) for 1 GB. Plans advertised at ₹29 and ₹39 are first-term prices, and Zoho Mail has a free plan for five users that is webmail only.

Free option: Zoho Mail has a free plan for one domain and up to five users with 5 GB each. IMAP, POP and ActiveSync are not included, so it works in Zoho's webmail and app only.

What a five-person office actually pays on day one

The ₹29 plan is the largest first bill on the list. That is not a trick: four years for ₹6,960 is good value if you are sure about four years. It is simply a different decision from ₹1,260 for one.

Outlook and the phone's mail app
These need IMAP, SMTP and ActiveSync. A plan without them works only in the provider's own webmail and app. Every XgenPlus plan includes all three, from ₹21.

A monthly figure can be a one-year or a four-year payment. Multiply before you compare.

Is there a free business email on my own domain?
Zoho Mail has a free plan for one domain and up to five users with 5 GB each. It does not include IMAP, POP or ActiveSync, so it works in Zoho's webmail and app but not in Outlook or the phone's own mail app. XgenPlus has no free plan; its trial is ₹2 per user for 30 days.
Why does a ₹29 email plan cost more upfront than a ₹59 one?
Because the ₹29 applies to a 48-month term paid in advance. Five mailboxes cost ₹6,960 on day one, against ₹3,540 for a year of a ₹59 plan and ₹1,260 for a year of XgenPlus Starter. The renewal after four years is ₹69 a mailbox a month.
