What is Virtual Storage?
It stores your bulky files, which could be difficult for you to transport by email or for the receiver to receive them in their limited inbox storage. Storage can be used so you gain access to the stored mails from any location for reference or use.
Can I do personalised group-mailing through XgenPlus?

What is electronic interaction?
On viewing your incoming emails you can view the complete electronic interaction of emails and also preview the mails in the frame on the left hand side. This gives you full analysis of your interactions with the sender of the mail. This frame is collapsible to give you a better view of the mail under your review.
Does it provide message rules?
YES, XgenPlus provides this great facility to mail users. Users can set rules for their mails — like which mail goes into which folder if it meets the rule criteria.
How can I add an email Alias in XgenPlus?
You can add an email alias by logging in to the web: XgenPlus account → default setting option → Add Alias option → Save.
Security & privacy
How secure is XgenPlus email hosting?

How are security concerns addressed in XgenPlus?

Do I get virus protection for my mail?
Yes, XgenPlus provides protection from viruses through a command line anti-virus. Infected mails are deleted before being sent to the receiver.
What is Secure Folder?
Secured Folder is a mail folder which is protected by a supplementary password to double protect your extra sensitive correspondences. This service is available at extra charge.
How can I stop unwanted email?
You can stop unwanted email by blocking email ids and domains.
How can I change my XgenPlus password?
Under the ‘settings’ option you can change your password as often as required.
Why does XgenPlus ask for an Alternate Email Id?
Any information about quota exceeding, warning messages, excess mail return, retrieval of password, login errors and announcements are sent to the Alternate Email address.
Using XgenPlus
Can I use XgenPlus on mobile and laptop?
Yes. You can use your email on any device — Android, iPhone, Windows, Mac — using apps like Outlook, Thunderbird, or our webmail portal.
Can I configure XgenPlus on Outlook Express or other mail clients?

What is the maximum size of attachments I can send?
You can send attachments up to a maximum size of 6 MB, or the Admin can set attachment sizes as per requirement.
Can I receive and send attachments on XgenPlus?
Yes, you can send and receive attachments in XgenPlus. You can send an attachment by clicking on the Attach file option in your XgenPlus account.
How can I search email in XgenPlus?
From the ‘search’ option you can make a search using various search criteria.
How can I create my personal folder in XgenPlus?
To create a personal folder select the Folder option → Enter folder Name → Save option.
Can I get a notification on my mobile for a new mail in XgenPlus?
Yes, you can receive a notification on your mobile app when you send/receive an email in XgenPlus. You can also receive mail delivery notifications as well.
Administration, storage & support
How much e-mail storage space do I get with XgenPlus?
You get a default storage space with XgenPlus as per your plan. If a user needs more space then the domain administrator can allow more space to a user.
How do I manage user accounts on XgenPlus?
Each XgenPlus account comes with an administration console, using which you can easily manage the email IDs and other email-related features.
How can I take a backup of my mails on XgenPlus?
XgenPlus has a feature of Backup and Restore of mail boxes. The Admin can take backups, or a user can request the Administrator for the same.
