What are the requirements to become a partner?

You should have an active business, IT service, or consultancy setup with a focus on software, hosting, or communication solutions.

Can I manage my clients directly?

Yes, you'll have complete control over your client relationships, from onboarding to billing and support.

Does XgenPlus provide tools to manage multiple clients?

Yes, partners get access to a centralized dashboard to manage client accounts, licenses, and renewals efficiently.

How do I earn revenue as a partner?

XgenPlus pays a published commission of 15, 17 or 20 percent of list price, set by the number of active domains you hold: 15% on 1 to 3 domains, 17% on 4 to 6, 20% on 7 or more. It is paid on the first order, on added users and on every renewal, and the customer always pays list price.

What payment options are available?

Commission is paid on demand. Once your accrued commission reaches Rs 5,000 you raise a claim from your partner dashboard, and it is paid to your bank account by transfer, with TDS deducted as applicable. Customers pay XgenPlus directly by UPI, card, net banking or partner credit, and every order gets a GST invoice.

Are there any sales targets or minimum commitments?

No strict sales targets. However, consistent engagement and active promotion are encouraged to maintain partner status and access higher benefits.

Can I resell XgenPlus outside my country?

Yes, international reselling is allowed, but partners must comply with local data and compliance regulations.
