FAQ

OEM-SI partnership — common questions

Do we get a Manufacturer Authorization Form (MAF) for each tender?
Yes. Every registered opportunity gets a tender-specific MAF and OEM authorization on XgenPlus letterhead, along with the compliance documents the bid schedule asks for.
Does the tender need on-premise or cloud — which do you support?
Both. XgenPlus installs on-premise on the department’s or your infrastructure, and hosted deployments run on MeitY-empanelled Indian cloud providers, so data-residency clauses are met either way.
Our tender has turnover and deployment-reference criteria — how does that split?
The standard OEM-SI split: the SI primes the bid with its own financial eligibility and EMD, while XgenPlus provides the OEM credentials — deployment references, certifications and technical documentation.
What stops another partner bidding the same tender with XgenPlus?
Deal registration. A registered opportunity is protected for the SI who registered it first — we do not issue competing authorizations for the same tender.
