Frequently asked questions

How do I mark an email as high priority in XgenPlus?
While composing, click Show advanced features and change the Priority option from default to High. Send as usual. The message is flagged with a red exclamation mark in both your Sent folder and the recipient's inbox.
How does the recipient find high priority emails?
The red exclamation mark shows in the message list, and the Category menu has a High priority option that lists all flagged messages together, so an important email is not lost in a long inbox.
When should I use high priority?
Sparingly, for messages that need action or attention today: a deadline, an approval, an incident. If everything is marked high priority the flag stops meaning anything and recipients start ignoring it.
