Your email plan stays exactly as it is. From this week you can add only what your team needs, in the dashboard, after you buy the plan. We call these Plus Packs. There are three, and each one answers a problem we kept hearing about.
Mail Rescue: the email you deleted last month
Someone clears out Trash on a Friday. On the next Wednesday a customer asks for the quote, or the accountant needs the invoice thread. With Mail Rescue the email is not gone. For two months after it was deleted, the user can bring it back in Webmail, even if it was removed from Trash or Trash was emptied.
- Each person recovers their own mail from their own mailbox. There is no step for the domain admin and no ticket to us.
- It is on for every mailbox on the domain, and new users get it too when you add them.
- After two months the email is gone for good. If the plan is not renewed, Mail Rescue ends and deleted email goes back to the standard 7 days.
It costs ₹20 per user a month before GST, for the whole domain. A domain with 25 users pays ₹500 a month. The first purchase is charged for the days left on your plan, then it renews with the plan. More about Mail Rescue.
Storage Boost: room for the whole team
Mailboxes fill up at different speeds. Storage Boost adds 50 GB, 100 GB, 200 GB, 500 GB or 1 TB to the shared storage of your whole domain, not to one user. You can hold several packs on one domain, up to 2 TB of extra storage in total.
Price per year, before GST:
- 50 GB: ₹600
- 100 GB: ₹1,100
- 200 GB: ₹2,100
- 500 GB: ₹5,000
- 1 TB: ₹9,500
The first purchase is charged for the days left on your plan, so it ends together with the plan, and it then renews at the full yearly price. Storage Boost is not offered on trial domains, on domains that already have unlimited storage, or on custom Platinum plans. More about Storage Boost.
Forms Plus: more forms, and answers from anyone
XgenPlus Forms is now free on every paid plan (read the announcement). Forms Plus is for the people who need more. It gives 100 forms a month, up to 2,000 answers on each form every month, and 2 GB of room for answers and files. It also lets anyone with the link answer without signing in, which is what a public survey or an event signup needs.
Forms Plus is priced per user (email address) and paid up front for the term you choose, before GST:
- ₹200 for 1 month
- ₹150 a month for 3 months
- ₹125 a month for 6 months
- ₹99 a month for 12 months
The domain admin chooses which mailboxes get it. When the term nears its end we email the person 7 days and 1 day before. More about Forms Plus.
How to get a Plus Pack
- Buy an email plan. A Plus Pack is added to a domain that already has a paid XgenPlus plan. A domain on the one-month trial upgrades first.
- Open your dashboard. Sign in, open the Plus Packs tab and choose the domain. You see what is on offer and what it costs for your domain before you pay.
- Choose and pay. Pay online and the pack is active as soon as the payment is received. You get a GST invoice, like any other XgenPlus order.
Prices are in rupees before 18% GST for customers in India. Promo codes do not apply to Plus Packs. For Mail Rescue and Storage Boost, a renewal of two years or more is 5% cheaper. Everything is on one page: Plus Packs.
